Christmas can be the one time of year when we indulge in certain types of drink, and the drinks we associate with Christmas can be very high in sugar. If you want to keep the pounds off, then make sure you aren’t having too many of these:

  • Mulled wine (many recipes call for lots of sugar)

  • Cocktails (many use sugar syrup)
