The talk was fantastic, and well the tasting table was just incredible. Emily spent about an hour talking through different foods, nutrients, vitamins and fats that can help support mental wellness, I think many of us had heard a few of the things before, but had never realized how big the impact could be, just from making some very small changes, it was amazing to be given actual food examples that could help you get the things you need. The tasting table after the event was full of yummy foods, from sardines and hummus, granola, berries and yoghurt to peanut butter and banana on oatcakes.
The feedback has been fantastic, with lots of people committng to making small changes and asking for us to have more talks from Vital Health.
